The great 14 Days Tour From Casablanca begins in Casablanca. During this 14 days and 13 nights, you will visit every wonderful site in Morocco. On the first day of your 14 days tour from Casablanca. We will pick you up from the airport, port, or your hotel in Casablanca. Casablanca is considered Morocco’s economic center and largest city.
First, we will visit Morocco’s greatest mosque, the Hassan II mosque, which is located on the city’s west coast. It is located on a promontory that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Free time for lunch. Then we explore the city and go to the magnificent Cornish of Casablanca. Stay overnight in a hotel.
We start our day by driving down the coast to Rabat. Rabat is one of Morocco’s imperial cities and the present capital. We will see the city’s highlights, such as the Hassan Tower, Mohammed V’s Mausoleum, and the Kasbah of Oudaya. Free time for lunch. After breakfast, we leave Assilah and drive down the coast to Tangier. Also referred to as “the bride of the north”. It is situated northwest, where the Mediterranean Sea meets the Atlantic Ocean off Cape Spartel in the Strait of Gibraltar.
First, we will explore the lovely city, including the Hercules Cave and Cape Spartel. We’ll have some free time for lunch before driving inland to Chefchaouen. Passing through Tetouan and the Rif Mountains. Stops will be made along the trip to enjoy panoramic vistas. Overnight stay at a hotel in Chefchaouen.
After breakfast, we will explore Chefchaouen, also known as Achaoun, which means “horns” in Berber. The city is located in the Rif Mountains in northwest Morocco. It is notable for its white and blue-painted buildings and alleyways. First, we’ll take a tour around the gorgeous ancient Medina, which has many beautiful real blue doors and whitewashed walls. Free time for lunch.
In the afternoon, you can climb to the Spanish Mosque. Located on a high elevation, with a wonderful view of the entire blue city. Finally, return to the hotel. Overnight stay at the same hotel.
After breakfast, feel free to explore the blue city of Morocco. Then we go to the old Roman ruins of Volubilis which is well protected because UNESCO designated it a World Heritage Site. There are several exquisite mosaics strewn throughout, as well as old pillars and archways.
After exploring the remains, we drive 30 km to Meknes, the Ismaili capital and one of the imperial towns. We will visit Bab Al-Mansour, the Sahrij Souani Basin, the Royal Stables, the Granary, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Then we travel to Fes. Overnight stay at a Riad.
We spend the 6th day of our 14 Days Morocco tour from Casablanca exploring the highlights of Fes city. In addition to being Morocco’s cultural and religious center, the city is regarded as one of its imperial cities.
We begin the day by visiting the Royal Palace Gate. Then see the well-preserved medieval Medina, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with a local guide. You will visit the Blue Gate or Bab Boujloud, the gateway of the medieval Medina, which looks to be a maze of passageways and streets. You’ll enter the Medina to see the Medrasa Bouanania, the Najjarine Fountain, and the Tanneries.
Finally, there is the Quaraouin Mosque and University, the world’s oldest university. Following that, we leave the Medina to explore the Jewish district, commonly known as “the Mellah”. In the afternoon, we drive to a historic fortification with a panoramic view of the Medina and Fes. Finally,return to your Riad.
After breakfast, we drive south through Imouzzer to reach Ifrane. The city is noted for its low temperatures, snow, and alpine-style architecture houses; it’s no surprise that it’s known as Morocco’s Switzerland. Following that, we head to the cedar forest, where the Barbary macaques live. Feel free to feed them while strolling through the forest.
Later, we will continue to Midelt, where we will have some free time for lunch. Then we drive to Merzouga via the Tizi-n-Tilghmt Pass and the Ziz Valley. Includes stops for panoramic vistas.
In the afternoon, we arrive in the Sahara desert at Merzouga, where we switch to camels and cross the sandy desert. You will halt on top of a high dune to watch the sunset. Finally, you arrive to the camp, which is a hybrid of traditional nomad tents and hotel-style amenities. Where you can enjoy Berber drum music while dancing around a campfire beneath a starry sky. Dinner and stay at the campsite.
Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the lovely sunrise in the middle of the desert. Free time for breakfast. Then you ride camels back to Merzouga, where the driver awaits. We begin the 8th day of your trip by exploring Merzouga region. The area contains numerous magnificent sights, including sand dunes, wild lakes, mines, fossil locations, and fabulous oasis. Which are perfect locations for a variety of outdoor sports.
We begin our excursion in Merzouga by driving off-road to see an ancient eyeliner mine. Then we pay the nomads a visit in their hand-woven tent. Drink Berber tea and learn about their way of life. Our next stop is Khamlia village, where you may enjoy Gnaoua music and dance performances. Its residents are from sub-Saharan African nations such as Mali, Sudan, and Niger. Free time for lunch at a restaurant.
Following that, we take a stroll around the palm tree grove. Then drive a few kilometers to visit the wild lake of Merzouga, commonly known as Flamingo Lake. Finally, we return to Merzouga for dinner and stay. At a hotel.
After breakfast, we leave the desert to reach Rissani, Tafilalet’s old capital. Rissani remains an important trading center in the region, with a thriving souk on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
After a tour around the Rissani souk, we continue to Erfoud to visit one of the fossilized marble workshops. We next drive via Touroug and Tinjdad palm fields to reach the Todra Gorges. The Todra River has cut a spectacular canyon across the mountains with steep red cliff sides. These gorges are perfect for rock climbing. Feel free to roam through the gorges and enjoy the scenery. Free time for lunch at a restaurant.
Then we continue to the Dades valley, passing through Boumalne Dades. The inevitable halt at the “monkey fingers” rock formation. Also, on top of a peak overlooking the Dades Valley. Finally, food and a night in a hotel.
After breakfast, we continue our journey to Kalaa Magouna to see the Rose Valley. The Rose Festival takes place in May. Locals sell various rose items, including perfumes, rose water, oils, and cosmetics. We next drive through Skoura’s palm orchards before arriving in Ouarzazate to visit the studios where great films were shot.
We leave to visit the famed Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou. A fortified settlement designated as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. The Kasbah has appeared in various movies, such as Gladiator, Alexander, and The Mummy. In addition, there are television shows such as Game of Thrones. Then we drive to Marrakech, passing via the Tizi-N-Tichka Pass and the High Atlas Mountains. Stops will be made for lunch and to take photographs at noteworthy locations. Stay overnight in a Riad in Marrakech.
After a hearty breakfast, we will see the highlights of Marrakesh with a native guide. The city is recognized as one of Morocco’s four imperial cities. The itinerary includes a visit to the Bahia Palace, Saadian Tombs, the Ben Youssef Quranic mosque, and a stroll through Morocco’s largest traditional market.
After that we will have lunch in Jemaa El-Fna Square. Later, you’ll see the Koutoubia mosque, Marrakesh’s largest, as well as the Majorelle Garden. Finally, get to your hotel. Feel free to explore Jemaa El-Fna on your own.
After breakfast, we drive west to Essaouira, stopping along the way to see the Argan trees and tree-climbing goats. Formerly known as Mogador, Essaouira is a beautiful coastal city. On the final day of your 14 days tour from Casablanca, we will pick you up from your hotel in Marrakech to Casablanca. Depending on your flight time. This marks the end of the tour.
