Day 1 :
Marrakech – High Atlas mountains – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate

The 8 Days Desert Tour From Marrakech begins with an early pickup from the airport or your hotel in Marrakech. Then, drive across the magnificent High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi-N-Tichka Pass. Stops will be made for panoramic views of the stunning scenery. Then we visit Telouat’s Kasbah.

Day 2 :
Ouarzazate – palm groves of Skoura – Rose valley -Dades Valley

After breakfast, we tour Ouarzazate. First, we visit the Atlas Studios, where many famous films have been shot, as well as the Taourirt Kasbah, a fortified mud castle and one of Morocco’s most ancient and spectacular Ksars.
After there, we drive east to Amridil Kasbah in Skoura, which is bordered by palm trees. Then continue to Kalaa Magouna, which is noted for its Rose Valley. An annual Rose Festival is held in May, where residents sell their rose items such as fragrances, rose water, oil, and cosmetics. Then we drive to the Dades valley via Boumalne Dades. Unavoidable pauses include the “monkey fingers” rock sculpture and a vantage point on a mountain overlooking the Dades valley. Dinner and stay at a hotel in Boumalne Dades.

Day 3 :
Boumalne Dades – Todra Gorges -Erfoud -Merzouga Sahara

After breakfast, we travel to Todra Gorges, where the Todra River has cut out a spectacular canyon through the mountains, resulting in a high red cliff-sided gorge. Feel free to roam through the gorges and enjoy the scenery. Then, drive through the Touroug and Tinjdad palm groves. There will be time for lunch along the route.

A pause will be made for you to admire the spectacular sunset from the top of a high dune. Then head to the desert luxury camp. Day 4 :
Merzouga – Nomads – Khamlia – Merzouga lake – Erg Chebbi – palm grove

Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the lovely sunrise in the middle of the desert. Free time for breakfast. Then you ride camels back to Merzouga, where the driver awaits. We dedicate the day of your Morocco desert tour to explore the region of Merzouga. The area contains numerous magnificent sights, including sand dunes, wild lakes, mines, fossil locations, and fabulous oasis. Which are perfect locations for a variety of outdoor sports.

First, we begin our excursion in Merzouga by driving off-road to an ancient eyeliner mine. Then we pay the nomads a visit in their hand-woven tent. Learn how they live while enjoying a Berber tea. Our next stop is Khamlia village, where you may enjoy Gnaoua music and dance performances. Its residents are from sub-Saharan African nations such as Mali, Sudan, and Niger. Day 5 :
Merzouga Dunes – Erfoud – Midelt – cedars forest – Ifrane – Fes

After breakfast, we leave the desert to reach Rissani town, Tafilalet’s historic capital. Rissani remains a key trading hub in the region, with a bustling souk on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. After a stroll in Rissani souk, we continue to Erfoud and visit one of the fossilized marble workshops.

After that, we drive down the Ziz River and halt for a panoramic view of the Ziz Valley. Lunch break in Midelt. Then we go to the cedar forest, where Barbary Macaques live. Feel free to feed them while exploring the forest. Following that, we visit Ifrane, which is known for its low temperatures, snow, and alpine-style houses–it’s no surprise that it’s known as Morocco’s Switzerland. Finally, we drop you off at your accommodation in Fes.

Day 6 :
Guided tour sightseeing Fes

We will pick you up from your Fes lodging after breakfast to explore the city. In addition to being Morocco’s cultural and religious center, the city is regarded as one of its imperial cities.

We begin the day by visiting the Royal Palace Gate. Then there’s the well-preserved medieval Medina, which has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage site. The Blue Gate, also known as Bab Boujloud, marks the entrance to the old Medina. You will enter the Medina with a local guide. To visit the Medrasa Bouanania, the Najjarine Fountain, the Tanneries, and finally the Quaraouin Mosque and University, the world’s oldest university. Following that, we leave the Medina to explore the Jewish district known as “the Mellah”.  Then we drive to an ancient fortress, for panoramic views of the Medina and the city of Fes. Then return to your riad.

Day 7 :
Fes – Meknes – Volubilis ruins – Chefchaouen

After breakfast, we head to Meknes, the Ismaili capital and one of the royal cities. We will visit Bab Al-Mansour, the Sahrij Souani Basin, the Royal Stables, the Granary, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Free time for lunch. Next, we drive 30 kilometers from Meknes to the old Roman ruins of Volubilis. It is well protected because UNESCO designated it a World Heritage Site. There are several exquisite mosaics strewn throughout, as well as old pillars and archways.

After exploring the ruins, we go north through Ouazzane to Chefchaouen in the Rif Mountains. Also known as the Blue City. The city is famed for its blue-painted houses and lanes. Overnight stay at a hotel.

Day 8 :
Transfer to the Tangier airport
